Dali Renderer is a fully physical renderer that fully complies with the laws of physics and conservation. Therefore, in line with the modern concept of approximation to physical laws, it only supports relatively new objects from 3DS MAX, which were themselves introduced in this concept.
Dali Renderer supports:
Meshes with triangle (polygonal) geometry;
Spline curves for hair and fur rendering;
Particle systems;
Physical Camera;
Physical Light. When using Sun and Sky as a map for an emitter, such an emitter will function as an environment portal;
Some materials and texture maps;
Sun and Sky emitter
For each geometric object (mesh, particle system or spline), its structure is checked for coincidence with other objects in the scene. If the same data is found, then the same objects are used as instance.
